Xhenis Levack, Owner, Stylist

Xhenis is a hairstylist with over seven years experience. Xhenis moved to Charlotte in 2008 after working in the Metro Detroit area and has been working as a stylist in the Charlotte area ever since. She has spent her career gaining experience and technical skill with advanced training from all over the country.

Xhenis is highly trained in Redken Design and Color, Pureology hair care, Hairdreams & Klix Hair Extensions and Parvana Perfections Smoothing treatment. Her eye for color and technical skill allows her to create an array of styles ranging from unique, avant garde looks to natural, more traditional appearances. Xhenis focuses on each client’s individual needs to provide a comfortable and relaxing service to ensure each client receives the look they desire.

Roxanne Rhom, Stylist

Roxanne has been styling hair in charlotte for over 15 years. Her greatest skill and favorite part of her job is transforming a clients look making them feel energetic and modern.

Roxanne enjoys observing the trends in hair and fashion and finding a way to taylor that to her clients needs. Her specialty is combining color and cut to work together to give hair maximum results.

Kelsey White, Stylist

Kelsey graduated from Carolina Academy, a Paul Mitchell school and has been doing hair for two years. She (removed "has") studied Paul Mitchell & Toni & Guy cutting techniques and has a well rounded knowledge of color from working with a variety of color lines.

Kelsey's chair side manor is warm, welcoming and friendly. She provides her clients with hair design that is appropriate, imaginative and progressive. With an eye for fashion trends, she loves to offer creative new cut and color ideas for a cutting edge look.

Marybeth Cleveland, Cidesco Licensed Aesthetician

Marybeth Cleveland is an Aesthetician with over 11 years experience. She is a graduate of Steiner Beauty Therapy Training School in London, England and holds the highest educational training in Aesthetics and BodyWork, as well as the Cidesco Licensure with over 1,800 hours in extensive body and skin treatments. Marybeth is highly trained in Electrolysis, corrective facials, Microdermabrasion, teen skincare, acne treatments, chemical peels, an array of body treatments, facial and full body waxing, eyebrow shaping, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, High Frequency Galvanic Treatments and Aromatherapy.

At Virtue Salon + Spa Marybeth customizes skincare treatments to accommodate each of her clients. Her philosophy recognizes that every client has specific problems or needs and should not be treated in the same manner.  Marybeth's approach to skin care addresses both internal and external factors of the skin.  She educates her clients on the importance of home care and diet, as well as prevention and clinical maintenance of vital treatments to combat the effects of aging skin.

Angela Sigmon

Born and raised in Statesville NC, Angela's "Southern Charm" greets every client with a warm and comforting smile.  Her 15 years of customer service experience allows her to create a lasting impression on everyone who enters Virtue Salon +Spa.

Angela has advanced product knowledge of Redken, Pureology, and Dermalogica, as well as a degree in Business Administration. Angela enjoys getting to know Virtue's clients and strives to make sure that they have the most pleasant experiences while visiting.

Jessica Burney

Jessica has ten years of customer service experience.  She moved to Charlotte in 2008 after graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.  She began working for Virtue Salon + Spa in 2010 and has returned after the birth of her daughter in November.  Jessica strives to make every client feel welcome and comfortable while receiving five star hair and skin care services.  She has also participated in product knowledge courses to enhance her ability to assist clientele.
