The new “lunch time” approach to skin resurfacing improves shallow acne scars, brightens overall tone of skin, smooths lines and wrinkles, unclogs pores and enhances the skins overall condition. Microdermabrasion uses a jet spray of mineral crystals to remove then vacuum the outer layer of the skin, stimulating the production of new cells and collagen. After only one treatment clients report that their skin is visibly softer, tighter, smoother and younger-looking. A series of three to six treatments are recommended for longer lasting results.

Peels

We use different types of chemical peels which aim to remove pigmentation, reduce lines and wrinkles and treat acne and scarring. Your Aesthetician will do a full skin analysis to determine which chemical peel will be the most appropriate for your skin. Superficial peels use combinations of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA’s) and beta-hydroxy acids (BHA’s) like glycolic acid, lactic acid, salycilic acid and maleic acid. Medium depth peels penetrate further into the skin to reduce wrinkles, mild acne scars and to even out skin color and tone.  These peels usually contain trichloracetic acid (TCA) often in combination with glycolic acid.
